Reports: Ukraine‘s Tymoshenko will not concede

The respected Ukrainskaya Pravda Web site reported Tuesday that Tymoshenko told officials with her party that she will "never recognize" the legitimacy of the election. Russia‘s ITAR-Tass news agency carried the same reports.
Tymoshenko‘s campaign declined to comment on the reports, which did not give their sources.
International monitors have praised Sunday‘s runoff vote as being free and fair.
